Ua1 and Ua2, the 'un-agents', hang out at their lab base, and plot to defeat their enemy Zargon. Ua1 is a 5-year-old masked ninja-girl, and Ua2 is a 4-year old brat, incabable of really doing anything. Zargon is the villain.
